Consistently good firewood

This is my third time getting logs from Hillside Woodfuels, always the kiln dried birch logs. They've been consistently good every time. The moisture content seems right, and they burn hot and clean. I usually buy a couple of bulk bags at once, and the quality hasn't dipped at all between orders. It's nice to know what to expect when I need to restock for winter.

Logs arrived safely

Ordered some kiln dried ash logs a few weeks back. They showed up in about 4 days, which was pretty good. The delivery driver managed to get the bulk bag right where I wanted it even with a tricky driveway. The logs burn nicely, nothing to complain about there. Felt pretty straightforward all around.

Good logs, minor delivery delay

I ordered two bulk bags of kiln dried oak logs and a net of kindling. The ordering process on the website was clear, and I got a confirmation email right away. Delivery was estimated for 5-7 business days, but it took 9 days to reach me in rural Vermont, which was a little longer than I hoped. The bulk bags arrived well-wrapped, and the logs themselves are excellent quality; very dry and they burn fantastic in our fire pit. The kindling was also dry and helped get things going quickly. All in all, a solid purchase despite the slight wait, and the customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delivery status.
